The abandoned mine on an unknown mountainous site stems from a series of studies of form and line using wooden sticks and drawing to create a three dimensional object. That object was then scaled and mined for information that would then aid in its transition into “building.” The result is an outpost that serves as a lookout point for visitors to the abandoned mine.
